Batboard

On my CDM1250, when an MDC burst happens, it mutes it correctly, but it does not display the ID until after the carrier drops (even though I have Std unmuting and am in PL/DPL receive on all relevant personalities). The problem is, if I'm listening to, say, a police repeater, and multiple radios transmit MDC without the repeater's carrier dropping, it only displays the last one.

All the other Motorolas I have display the MDC ID immediately.

Ideas?

Something interesting I just noticed. It immediately displays pre IDs, but post IDs don't display until carrier drop.

I figured this out. It was a firmware bug. My radio was running 05.08.04, and 05.08.05 fixed it according to the release notes. I just loaded the latest firmware that was available on my MOL account (05.10.04) and it works fine now.
