I am having problems programming my MTX9250 with CPS R01.03.06AA software. it tells me radio not supported.

Model is AAH25WCH4G86AN Ver R01.03.58

Do I need a newer CPS version?

Sounds like the radio case may be of a MTX9250 but the innards may be from another model
radio not supported by your programming software.

Is your CPS "Motorola Trunking Professional radio CPS" or something else?
The model should be H25WCH4G "B" 6 for a 900 mhz trunking MTX9250.
Regular Professional CPS won't work as far as I know. Has to be trunking for the 9250.
Both of my 9250's have pretty much the same model number as yours, radio "software" is 01.03.62 on one and .75 on the other.
And the Trunking CPS we use is R02.01.03 from something around 2006 I think.
This is what we have been using for conventional 900 Mhz.
