That's not a DEK box, that's for sure. I believe that's a "Y" cable used to connect multiple accessories to an ASTRO Spectra, such as a VRS and a siren.

The configuration for two radios on a single head is very specific. You can't just throw it together and make it work. If you do some searching and reading here on the forum, you should be able to find exactly what you're looking for.

Dual radio in the Astro Spectra line is/was officially supported in two configurations: Hot Red Receiver, and with a Spectra SIU (with upgraded firmware) and an A3 HHCH, NOT a W3. The HRR setup required no external hardware and worked with W7 and W9 heads, but limited the secondary radio to receive-only... great for trunking, but rapidly becoming obsolete with the advent of 700 MHz and Phase II.

sounds like it isnt gonna happen
might just be much easier to grab a A9 head, cable, nose piece, interconnect and set up one of my radios
hummm after looking at that shopping list i really might be better of buying up a complete A9 spectra or W9 astro
but so many dollars!
