I've been watching on Ebay, and it seems like a lot of people are selling MCS2000's without control cables. I'm interested in buying one, but if I do, it looks pretty easy to make my own remote cable simply using ribbon cable. I'm not sure what kind of structure this would require (wires getting crossed or what), but if anyone's done this or has any insight that would be great!
