XTS2500/5000 with wireless earpiece

I would like to get/use the RLN4921A wireless ear piece with my xts's. Wondering what I need to go with it and approximate cost?
You can find them on Ebay for around 200.
I have an OEM one and its nice but at work its not as loud as I would like it but for Ham use it's greaKG7PBS 73s
