Quantar firmware upgrade entry not in phonebook

I get this error when trying to upgrade, does this mean the backplane ID is not in the upgrade?
You need to add the SIP connection to your windows modem list. The proceedure is documented in the 20 MB quantar programming manual. This error is talking about there not being a modem connection (remote phone number) to call the quantar via modem. Once you get the SIP or 10 base 2 connection to the Quantar, then you will be able to connect to the Quantar for firmware upgrade.
