Batboard

I recently had my Spectra ("E" version SmartZone so tx could be inhibited) programmed by the administrator of a local Public Safety 800MHz system. I had one talkgroup programmed for receive only & was wondering if I can personally add another talkgroup with the RSS. Is it possible to do? Would I need the system Key that I can't get to? He wants to charge $90/hr to put in other talkgroups.

Sorry, but yes you'll need a system key to program anything pertaining to that.
