Look for the part numbers for the Astro Spectra control heads. They are the same buttons, but the Syntor X9000 or the Spectra control head button numbers have been taken out of the supply chain. I don't expect the Astor numbers to be available much longer either.
Your other option is to buy a used Spectra control head that has the buttons your looking for.
If you find a control head that won't program on the Syntor X9000, try programming it on a Spectra radio. Then put it on the Syntor X9000 and you should be good to go.

Motorola charges full price. I was looking for a more affordable source.
