Is there a way to import a list of IDs from excel or other document into CPS so I don't have to type each ID in?

If this is for an APX radio, send me the spreadsheet. I have a program that will convert it to an XML file that will import it as a Unified Call List.

Just realized this was in the Mototrbo section. I don't have one for that.

Thank you anyway. I don't even know if it can be done, but if it can I would rather import from a list that is already done than type it all in.

I just did a little testing and cannot find a way to go from a spreadsheet to the CPS. You can definitely cut and paste between MotoTRBO radios.

There is a program that I believe is called MotoContacts, that does what you want. I've been searching for weeks to find it.

Yes....cut and paste works. Its a little different with Trbo CPS. You open two codeplugs at the same time within one instance of CPS running. Most of the other CPS for other radios you had to open a second instance and drag and drop from one to the other.

Yes, cut and paste works great when you are copying from one codeplug to another in the same session of CPS.

The OP was seeking to import them from a spreadsheet. I tried and could not cut and paste from Excel to CPS. As I mentioned, the APX CPS allows for importing and exporting of a lot using XML files.
