From what I analyzed one of the transistors seems to me to be the MAR-8 MMIC of 50 Ohms the other I am in doubt.

Sorry for the delay in return, The problem was really in the last MMIC amplifier (INA10386) of the unit OUTPUT GEN ....thank you Carl N0PXJ
