Batboard

Please help me. Basically after a rain storm, all of the MSF5000 repeaters are keyed up, and the handheld radios are in fail-soft.

We have changed the TSC card and the TIB card. The TIB card has both the disable lights and the Xmit lights lit. The AEB card is also acting up and not showing green ready lights on Init 1 and Init 2. The TSC card is showing run and disabled lights at the same time. The TRIB is showing active and disable lights on at the same time.

Backplane issue. Talk with escomm here on the board, he is pretty good with 6809 stuff.

Changed the trib card and that powers up correctly now. Changed the backplane and cables and that fixed the aeb card issue. But still have the tsc and tib card messed up.
