HMN4103 replacement parts?

I have an HMN4103 (display with no channel knob) and it took a hit in the right wrong spot and put a good crack in the display plastic.
So I have 2 questions. Is there a service manual for the HMN4103 that shows the exploded view with parts list and if so, can they be ordered via MOL? Basically I'm just looking for a new housing. I've looked for a parts list and I can't find anything. I've found a few for the older XTS RSM's but that's about it.
