XTL5000 O3 Mid-Power Remote Programming HKN6160

Bats,
Looking for programming help with a mid-power XTL5000, O3, Remote Mount radio with the HKN6061B cable. For some reason I am getting a Radio Failed To Acknowledge error, reading or writing to the radio. I have the Serial Port at 9600 baud (N-8-1), and the CPS set to COM1. I know I've programmed this radio successfully before, but can't figure out why I am getting this basic error... Any Gurus out there that can help with this problem please?
