Batboard

Hello folks,

I have a few XTS2500's needing encryption and I can't seem to get the 2500 to recognise the UCM, once hardware encryption in the CPS is enabled with the carrier and UCM installed it gets a fail 09 error - the same UCM and carrier board work in an XTS5000 without issues.

Here is the config:
XTS2500 remote mount - model M21SSM9PW1AN
Flash - 500408-000480-6
UCM - NTN5032D
Carrier board - HLN6876B

Now I have noticed on the flex cable between the brick and the head PCB that there is a warning "NOT TO BE USED WITH VERSION A OR B HLN6918/HLN6919
SECURE INTERFACE BOARDS" but not sure if relevant as my carrier board is HLN6876B as stated above.

I also can't keyload through the brick of the remote head which makes sense given the fail 09 error.

Any suggestions much appreciated. I wouldn't mind local mounting the head if this helps but do not have the right conversion kit for this unfortunately and not sure if this would assist???

That carrier board is intended for W series heads on the XTL5000.
