Hi everyone, Im getting the following error messages from XP when trying to load Astro for XTS3000:

"The system cannot find the file specified"

This is the file that comes up in the error report:
"C:\DOCUME~1\user\locals~1\temp\e931_appcompat.txt"

System is:
windows xp home edition
service pack 3
dell
inspiron 1011
sys32

Any help would be much appreciated.
