Astro Saber PSM

I picked up a Public Safety Mic for the Astro Saber III and the dam thing doesnt want to transmitt but it will receive. I had a mic on it before and the same thing so I cleaned the contacts and no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It is the correct Astro Saber PSM but the "part" number is NMN6227B
