GM300 dead

I have a GM300 that is dead. It appears that someone had opened the radio and reversed the plug with B+. Not having a schematic does any one have an idea where to start.

Bruce,
Does it blow the power cable fuse?
If yes, Then check protection diode located inside PA(its the large diode located very close to where power connector comes thru the board).
If no, is the 16 pin accessory plug missing? The radio may require an ignition sense lead (pin 10).
If no,check fuse (F801) on Logic board (located near the accessory connector).
