I have a couple of questions that maybe somone here can answer please:

1) I need to add DES-XL to my VHF Spectra 100 WATT, is the add-on board the same as with the smaller watt unit, or different, part #HLN6160A - HVN6026A V.5.04?

2) I would like to obtain a VHF portable Astro VHF Saber w/dual DES/DVP, or Saber III, can anyone help?

3) Where is there a good site for obtaining Motorola Part number ID info?

That gets you to the moto site and you can search by part number or description. The descriptions are VERY abreviated but if you have a partial part number it's good.

There is an 800 number...but I misplaced it! you can try 1-800-422-4210 where I was luckey & got someone who put me on hold & gave me the part numbers I needed! you may want to give it a try?

They can give you the part number of the
