I have a VHF MT2000 front display full keypad
160 channel radio, the question is, is it possible to make this radio "feild programmable" like the JT1000?

Never heard of anyone doing that...But I am looking for more info on making my 160 channel MT2000 into the 255 mode version. The page here on batlabs is a good start but I'm stuck at the moment.
