I met this guy a few years ago and had sold him a few things after he repeatedly treied to nickel and dime me down on my prices, at the time he was telling me and some other guys that his name was David Capps, then later I found out from someone else his name was really Jerry Ratley.

Anyone know this guy???

"jratley" ? He's an ebayer. If you can find his full ebay handle you may be able to learn something about his buying and selling habits.

O.K., thanks, I was just curious, after I informed him that I knew his real name he just vanished into thin air. I hear he lives in the Wilson N.C. area. It always bothered me about this because I felt like he really had something he was hiding, he even stopped showing up at hamfests I used to run into him at all the time.

Thanks

I might be mistaken but I seem to recall jratley being associated with the email [email protected]
cannot recall exactly what the exact name was, and also not sure what the exact spelling of the cocentral was but I think I am quite close.

If thats any help...

jratley(at)cocentral(dot)com

his ebay feedback looks good (189 unique positives), but.....

I bid on a programming cable for a X9000..
the auction ended day before yesterday, but I
have yet to hear from him regarding payment and shipping.. I didn't make the connection
with this thread until last night..
