I'm wanting to learn how to repair and program portable and mobile two-way radios and repeaters if anyone has any books equipment or know of sites that teaches this stuff please let me know,i'm 16 and want to learn fast and start my own business thanks.

There is a correspondence school in Texas,
Mobile Radio Training Instute. This is the same school that Motorola had back in the 60's and was named Motorola Radio Training Instute then.
They used to advertize in MRT (Mobile Radio Technolgy) magazene (the oldest mag on two-way radio). The magazine web site is mrt.com
