I would like to know if it is possible to set the 800MHz Astro Sabers to the 900 Ham split ?

NOPE, front end will not pass 900 freqs at all.

any way to mod the front end to pass 900 ? I have a bunch of these transceiver boards and they are useless to me.

Astro Saber 800MHz to 900 Ham possible ?
