Hey, just wondering, what the heck are inside the PermaCode "Active" filters that my Mot' Spirit Pagers use, anyways?

PermaCodes are a royal pain to find today; Ma'Motorola wants WAY too much for them.

Is it possiable to make them yourself?

The manual said that they were basically a notch filter.

Anyone have an X-ray machine?

I have an X-ray, but it would probably be easier to get you the permacode filters you need. I have a quite a few of them. What freqs do you need?

They are an active filter circuit. approx 0.5% bandwidth.
Not pratical to make yourself.
Try a company like Air-Comm. they usually have lots.
