Batboard

Is there a wide spread problem with the front
display going bad. I have about 500 B5 and
B7's on my system at work and I get about 1 or 2 radios a week with a dead display. For
now they are in warrenty but soon we will be
repairing these in our in house shop.

Sometimes you can fix the display with a hot air gun by going over the contacts where they are soldered on the board, past that, buy a hot air bonder or stock up on front displays. SG
