How do we make this work?

It will only work on a system that has OTAR enabled, and your radio is properly loaded by the master KVL and listed in the OTAR computer. Very few agencies use this.

Turning on the option won't get the radio to rekey. It would be nice, but it won't happen.

The system will need a KMC (Key Management Controller) as was stated, "master KVL and listed in the OTAR computer". There was a post a while back that explained it pretty good: http://batboard.batlabs.com/viewtopic.p ... light=otar
