Not totally dead....I've got a good power supply and theres is voltage going to the control tray. I have no indicator lights at all. I covet your advice.

check the 5 volt supply on the expansion power supply, there's a capacitor that goes bad, it's a funny looking 3 lead cap, C1706. If I recall, there's a spot on the board marked 5 volts where you can check it.
