I have a R100 uhf repeater, PL access and I have programmed it to 110.9 but it will key up will key up with any pl tone but not carrier. I changed the pl tone access and still same situation, it can be key with any pl tone just not carrier access?

I believe it would be something in the pl decoder level adjustment, but that don't make sense why any pl will key it?

This sounds like a couple or more of the caps going bad in the PL low-pass filter and center slicer circuits. I made a couple of engineering changes in that part of the circuit to solve the problem.

I can repair these and only need the receiver as I have the test jigs.
