ze computer es too rapide
In english....your computer is too fast. MCX1000 RSS is OLD, run it on a very slow computer, no faster than a 386.

i used a pentium 133 processor computer on my mcx1000 and it gave me errors also. I have to agree, nothing faster then a 386.

I just got mine to work, and I had to use an old 8088. I tried several 386sx types 16mhz and 20 mhz. Even tried MOSLO, and nothing would work.
Has any one been sucessful in making MCX1000 RSS work with a 386?

I use a 486 Toshiba for my programming. You can go into the utilities program and disable the CPU cache. This results in a slower processor speed and should allow you to run your program. I'll also mention that some of the MCX1000's on the market will only work with Ver.2 of the software which is still available from motorola. The depot told me that this is the last year for software support for the MCX1000. Good luck
