Batboard

I just picked up my first spectra and i wne in and put some channels. it works fine except for 1 thing.,

i have scan set up for HUB to turn off. But the scan still stays on the hub does work for monitor but the scan still stays on i even removed the mike.

also will the spectra do mdc id decode..

the radio is the 1 with the knobes an a4 i belive.
