Anybody ever install a Maratrac in a '02 style Grand Cherokee? Cannot seem to find a place to mount the radio unit. Control head is a snap. Planned on mounting it under the passenger seat but the seat brackets are too narrow. Any ideas?

I have a 00 Grand the interiors should be the same. Try under the driverside rear seat, It folds up with plenty of room for storage. If that dosnt work and the cable is long enough, try the passanger side cargo area wall there is a map compartment that can be removed to reveal a ton of space I installed a cd changer there. I just lifted the seat in mine and you won't get the radio under there. I have my TK730/830 and my CDM lowband mounted in the right rear of the cargo area. You MAY get it inside of the rear plastice body panels under the windows.
