Batboard

I have everything I need to program the R100 except the instructions for using the software. Does anyone have a summary of the commands to change the freq. and PL (I've already modified the appropriate hex values to drop into the ham band)?

I have searched the web for hours to no avail and this is the last major hurdle to getting the repeater on the air.
