Batboard

I have tried to program a Motorola CT250 Portable using ELP Radio CPS r01.00.01LA and I get the following error about 1/2 way thru the codeplug reading"Image has a block with absBLK ID 42 but the layout does not have this block" any ideas what this means. Do I need a different version of RSS ?
