2000 Taurus console

I'm trying to remove the fold out cupholding console out of my 2000 Taurus, but cannot find any way to remove the bolt that lies horizontally and keeps it secured to the remainder of the console. Anyone have any ideas? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
