has anyone stumbled across extracting this relative value out of a Quant?
I know that it tracks this as it is a alignment setting, however I can't find an I/O pin anywhere to monitor this value. Has anyone found it in the circuitry I assume on the Rx or SCM boards?

It is picked up by an ADC IN the receiver. It doesn't leave the receiver as analog. Depending on what you are going to do with it, I can tell you how to get it from the serial port without RSS.
