Why would you want to go and spend all that money on those things. What your missing is all the grounding improvements that the company does while installing those spikes.
Save yourself a bundle and go do the tower and site grounding improvements yourself. Install the ground ring around the tower and equipment shelter. Don't forget to cadweld all the connections. Make sure you have at least 2 runs connecting the 2 rings together. Don't forget to place your ground rods at 16 foot spacing for 8 foot ground rods.
The whole point is to provide low impeadance bonding between everything including the tower. If your taking damage now, it's because you don't have a good ground system. You notice that I said system and not just a ground wire to a rod.

Just my 2 cents. But if there is a grounding system in place and your equipment is not being damaged, you might want to leave well enough alone. Granted the system may be old, but if it works... Just give the system a once over every so often to make sure everything is connected, undamaged, and maintaining a good earth ground. Now if aesthetics are that much of a concern and you have the money to spend on it...Then go forth, cross vast plains, spend thy money, re-ground thy tower, and on the sixth day...rest...and take unto thee a pack of six and enjoy...so shall it be written, so shall it be done. Taken from the book of Charles.

Try looking at
http://www.lbgroup.com for what you want.
If you insist on spending money, have at it. The results are not worth the cost for this product.
The power company tried them around here and haven't seemed to come to any conclusion.
