Hi, Just got a Traxar, 1993 and when I turn it on it fails its post test with failure 1kh.
Anybody know anything about this since motorola seems as though they never made the thing.

Sorry to report, Traxars, Mostars, are
radios that Motorola wished they had
never produced.

They were lucky to even have the Dial lamp
work....( they too burned out real easy )

I mean really, any radio that has torque
specs on the shileds required to make the
radio work was not very stable.

If you have one that still works, use it
for a museum piece.

Motorola does not have " any " materials for
that line of radio anylonger

I know only 1 person who still has a programer for them. He goes by "10-95" on Ebay. Do a seller's search. He might be able to tell you what it means and he can program it. I can't pay people to take mine.
