I have a four channel UHF ht750, and was looking to see if it could be converted to 16ch. I removed the channel selector knob, then took off the metal stop so that the selector only moves through position 1-4, and on all of the other positions, it gives me the unprogrammed channel beep.

Also, are the scan and qc-II functions available on the four channel model?
