Yearly Maintenace Contracts

Any one here have or work at a shop that provides a yearly contract to maintain units, and radios ( lightbars, sirens, emergency equipment electrical systems ). If so anyone have a copy I can look at and learn from.

We do telephone systems for hotels and businesses...

I could send you the boiler plate and spreadsheet that we work from if you do not get any other information...
