Im about to rip all my mobile radios out and looking at buying some new handies and want to get the building blocks right first.
I have one or two specific needs, first off I need to be able to see what radio is txing at a time id MEDIC1 RECOV1 etc etc
I think this is MDC1200 ????????? I only need this on VHF as my licence limits me to 5w so UHF is not an option really.
The other thing I need is to have an emergency revert CH or overide I currently have a GP340 that has the emergency feature on it that looks like it can do what I want.
Im based in the UK and so far it looks like the GP pro sereis of radios is what im going to be needing
So its over to you guys what would you use this is simply a mobile base unit thats in a car 24/7 what I need is a few other mobiles maybe and hand helds there to be used for safety at motorsports so the need to change the id quickly is a consideration but can easily but a board up with HAND1 ~ then the user so come on what would you guys use in this situation
