First you need to call Motorola directly @ 1-800-422-4210, you ask to speak w/ Mercy (don't remember ext.), she will then prepare a license agreement for you. The agreement will be faxed to you, read and fill it out, return it to motorola. From that point it typically takes 7 - 10 days for the agreement to be processed. After it is processed you will receive your RSS in the mail. The fee for ASTRO RSS is ASTRONOMICAL. If i remember correctly $250.00 for the RSS + a years worth of upgrades. On 2002-03-26 17:10, Cpd014 wrote:

Just a peice of advice try to have motorola part numbers ready before you speak to Mercy, it makes it a lot quicker.
I think ASTRO RSS is P/N RVN4100 ( Elroy correct me if I'm wrong!)

The CPS or RSS is $375.00 and they don't have to OK it. Just because you sign the form doesn't mean you'll get the OK. I bought it and it took some work for it.On 2002-03-27 10:53, rmi2065 wrote:First you need to call Motorola directly @ 1-800-422-4210, you ask to speak w/ Mercy (don't remember ext.), she will then prepare a license agreement for you.
