XTS3000's come standard with most MDC1200 features. What features are you looking to add?
Either way, you need to go to your local MSS. Pricing is pretty much standard for options from M. You will find varations in "programming time" labor however from the shop. Full line MSS's are also are territory specific, so some out of area MSS's may accept your radio, many may not.
