Need to install new speakers and then strobe cable for mirror caps in a 1998 crown vic. police package.. any ideas on how to remove the door panel?

There's a screw on the middle left of the panel, one on the middle of the bottom and then you need to pull the window switch panel off and there's a screw there. I'm pretty sure it's there.

Once you get all the screws are out.. grab the handle and yank straight up.
