Hi.
Does anyone know what the circuit board
in the HLN1319A does??
I can see there is a 10W speaker amp. or
something on the board.
I have a problem when transmitting with my
spectra connected to this base tray, there
is a lot of noise on top of my signal, this noise
is not there when I disconnect the base tray.
Can this HLN1319A be used with the old spectra
or is this only used on the Astro Spectra???
Hope someone can help
HLN1319A, What is this??

i don't think what you are talking about is the same as what i am thinking of...
your part comes up as a $240 spectra handset tray
i am thinking of the $40 little plastic thingy that the radio sits on - the only components are a speaker and a wiring harness - there were / are no other parts in the tray I am thinking of....
have a picture?

Re: HLN1319A, What is this??
Old thread bump:
I have one of these. The part number of the board inside the tray is HLN6153A and it was used to interface C100/Command Series local remote desksets to a Spectra mobile.
Anyway, I am bumping this because I am looking for manuals or documentation on the complete setup, or anyone who knows how these things were connected to the remotes. There are two 8-position barrier strips on the board labeled "TBI01" and "TBI02", respectively. I have a complete kit sans radio that was used in an office as a combination intercom/radio remote system with L1473A remotes, but the whole thing came to me disassembled with no documentation. Pins 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 15 are populated on the Spectra DB15 connector, so I imagine any radio used with it would need to be jumpered for non-RS232 operation.
