XTS5000 Menu Items Not Appearing

For some odd reason when I set up the menu items in my xts5000 the "PROG" option never appears. It is an option in the CPS but when the radio is programmed it never shows on the menu list.
This is a panter radio so it has firmware version 2.xx which I am guessing is the problem.
Thanks in advance,
Mike

menu items are dependent upon the radio personality matching up.
PROG will only show up on modes that have:
a scan list slaved to them
and
operator selectable scan configured
same thing goes for VIEW
PHON will only show up on modes with "UNLIMITED" or "LIST ONLY" selected in the phone configuration screens (this is moot on your radio - it's host/dsp doesn't support dtmf anyway)

OK... the PROG was my fault. I missed a programming field.
So neither DTMF nor MDC is supported by these 123ABC1234 radios.
Is this a firmware bug or is this some sort of pre-release version? Both MDC and DTMF appear in the CPS and I am able to populate all of the appropriate fields. It just doesnt work...

It's not a bug per se, Motorola actually listed in their sales catalogs that signalling was a 'future option' for the longest time, regardless of what was shown in the codeplug.
MDC didn't work until firmware version 4.00.00 I believe. At least, that's what we had to flash our local FD radios to from 3.50.00 in order for it to work.
I don't know exactly when DTMF started working, but have no doubt it's well above 2.xx.xx
