98 Durango install tips?

Finally, after months of acquiring equipment, I'm going to start putting it all in my 98 Durango. It's going to be primarily radios because I want to keep this vehicle low(er) profile.
The radios are all going to be remote-mounted. Control heads will be in a custom console between the front seats. The drawers will be in the storage compartment immediately behind the back seats. (no third-row seat option) A remote relay bank for my switching will be back there too.
What I haven't figured out yet:
The best way to route cables to the front
The best way to locate and install the antennas (2x 800 2x UHF 1x VHF - all NMO mounts)
The best place to come through the firewall
Best place to mount the siren speaker (Fed Sig Dynamax or similar)
The next week is going to be beautiful around here. My Greenlee punch set is out and ready to go. The vehicle is empty and has been cleaned. The rear seats are out. Now all I have to do is grow the balls to put holes in a perfectly good roof.
Any tips?
