Clicking before secure RX

Just looking for a little info; When receiving a DES-OFB astro transmission, I sometimes get a click before voice. It sounds like a DC click, but it doesn't happen all the time.

Any thoughts?

When receiving you hear a click or a beep? describe it a little more to us.. I might can narrow it down for you.
