I have the 13.8 volts fed to the D and B pins. It receives fine, but indeed the radio won't transmit. It just reboots. Once, it quickly flashed ERROR 25/50. Any ideas what could be wrong? The radio is used, but hasn't seen much use as hand signals are the emphasis there. It's also the 30 watt Canadian version, if that helps.
Thanks for anything you can come up with!

Do you have the ample 15+ amps to transmit with? Spectras are power hogs.
