Battery service contracts?

Hello...
Has anyone ever heard of a portable battery company that offers battery service contracts? It would be nice to pay 1 price per year any get furnished all batteries needed and replacement. Just wondered if this contracts exist on this level. We currently have this type of contract with physio-control for our life-paks and something like this would be benificial for our portable walkies.
