1meg or 512
Host Version
DSP Version

(All of the above can be found be reading the radio, or putting it in test mode.)

Being 512, the MOST it can be is host 5.something and DSP 6.something. If the flash is legit, the DSP should be 6.something.
[edit: The most a MOBILE can be is host 9.something / DSP 6.something. Portables is host 5. something... sorry for any confusion.]

Given that info, you're looking at ~$400 for everything. The W9 control head and control cable is a saving grace.

Things hurting the value:
- It's not 1meg (Advanced trunking options if needed, more importantly DSP 8 capable for much improved audio)
- It's not 2.5kHz spacing capable (most things are going narrowband, and need the newer RF board)
- Seems as though Astro Spectras are down in price recently.

Hope that helped.
