MDC Gain on an Astro?

MDC Gain on an Astro?

I've got an XTS3000 here who's MDC is REALLY loud. Much louder than mic audio. On other radios such as the Jedi series, you can easily decrease the MDC gain, making it much quieter. The XTS3000 RSS seems to be lacking this adjustment.

Any ideas?
